Ringo Starr & Green Day to the Rock n' Roll Hall of Fame

Last Saturday, April 18, in an emotional ceremony that took place in Cleveland, the induction to the Rock n’ Roll Hall of Fame to several artists, led by Mr. Ringo Starr who achieved his inclusion for his solo career , despite not being the most outstanding among the former members of The Beatles, who had more prolific careers, we recall that the inclusion of The Beatles in the Rock Hall of Fame was in the year of 1988, being one of the first to receive this honor, the ceremony of induction had a great and emotional moment when Sir Paul McCartney, a close friend of former Beatles drummer Ringo Starr, led the inclusion speech.

Along with Ringo Starr they were also awarded the honor of belonging to the Rock n’ Roll Hall of Fame, the Californian Punk Rock Band Green Day, a band led by guitarist Billy Joe Amstrong, who released their debut album 39 / Smooth in 1990.

Other artists who received this honor were Lou Reed, Stevie Ray Vaughan, Paul Butterfield, Bill Withers and The 5 Royales, among them the inclusion of Texan, Stevie Ray Vaughan (Rolling Stone as the 7th best guitarist of all time, as He fused genres such as Rock Blues with his style, basing his style on that of guitarist Albert King.
